Hva du kan forvente
Forvandle deg til en dyktig håndverker ved å ta på deg den samme hvite drakten som en Itamae (sushikokk)!! Din første jobb som itamae er å tilberede din egen wasabi til bruk i sushi. Vær forsiktig, ellers vil tårene dine ikke slutte å renne. Neste trinn er å tilberede sushi nigiri. Først skal du øve på å lage risen. Måten du griper risen på, utgjør hele forskjellen i smak. Hvis du klarer dette, er du 50 % på vei til å bli en kokk. Når du kan lage risen, la oss legge noen ingredienser oppå risen! Du vil fullføre 8 forskjellige sushikombinasjoner, inkludert japansk tunfisk, populær laks, Edomae kongerål, stekt wagyu-biff og håndruller.

Wow wow wow!! Klook did not disappoint! Amazing experience with a top chef who owns the sushi restaurant across the street from the kitchen we made our sushi. Very intimate setting beautiful kitchen! Just the 4 of us with chef and amazing translator. We really got to feel like sushi chefs. Fish was absolutely delicious! We ate our own sushi when we were done. Lots of food, best miso soup I ever had. Chef made that special for us. Just top notch, worth every penny.
this was a great experience! we had the sushi chef to ourselves and a translator. They show you how to create wasabi, make rolled sushi and nigiri. the option we chose also came with a miso soup and matcha tea while we ate our freshly made sushi! highly recommend, the staff is very nice and generous with their explications!! a must-do for sure!
This has to be one of the very best experience I have had learning to make one of Japan's signature dishes! You get to spend personal time with one of the industry's best: Mr 永島隆一郎, the sushi master from Itamae Sushi Tokyo! The teaching style is casual and intuitive, and the lady helping with translations is super friendly. There is also a gentleman assisting with photo taking so you won't miss a moment! Best of all, you got to enjoy your own hand made sushi at the end and spending time with the three staff. It is a truly rewarding cultural exchange experience! Highly recommended for all!
This experience was a high lit of our trip. the staff and Chef were super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They explained every step and made it easy for us to follow along. As nobody else booked our session time, it was like a private session for our group. The quality of the food was incredible and there was so much we couldn’t finish it (they offered us to take it too).
super fun and yummy. i learned a lot in such a short period of time. the interpreter translated everything the chef said so it was very easy to communicate and understand the instructions. would definitely recommend!
