少しがっかり I stayed at this hotel many times every time when I traveled to Singapore for business. Nothing is working well in this hotel and no improvement. It’s really not worth the money.

Shower was barely lukewarm. Went to the front desk and they were barely concerned. Offered to send an engineer to fix but was only staying one night. So then they basically dismissed me. I’ve stayed in four and five star hotels all across south east Asia and this was the worst in terms of service. The breakfast manager asked how I was doing and I said not great. He didn’t even pay attention.

最高 We really enjoyed our 3-night stay: clean, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast with plenty of options for Europeans 😉
Great pool for relaxing after a long day or a refreshing morning swim.
Close to the city centre, no direct MRT, but excellent bus connections make getting around easy.

The room was spotless, and the staff were really supportive. The best was the bus service from the Novotel to Orchard Road
