Close to everything and staff were fantastic.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Always did their best to accommodate our requests. Hotel was clean and we really enjoyed our stay and the service.

I am a regular at Vibe Singapore Orchard, spending more that 10 room nights per year in some years. On my June 3 stay, despite me asking in a pre-arrival email I was put in a room with a shower over bath. As it turned out, that shower didn't even work. since it was only a one night stay it was too late to do anything. I did mention it at checkout and on my next stay June 10th, I was given a room with a walk-in shower so I was satisfied. As an Australian knowing the Vibe brand from Australia, I expected a normal Australian hotel breakfast to be available, but unfortunately the buffet breakfast on offer is Halal, so doesn't include items an Australian would normally expect to find at a Hotel buffet breakfast.

Shower enclosure is too narrow that when you take shower water is all over the place.

The hotel is in a great location, near Paragon and ION shopping centers, so it’s convenient to shop and dine. You can choose to add daily breakfast to the stay. Breakfast is good and has a variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the facility is a bit outdated. The toilet didn’t flush well; the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to set temperature; faulty switch to the vanity light. They did come to try to fix the toilet but the issue remained. I suspect it’s the water pressure of the hotel. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with some flaws.

The staff were so sweet and gave great recommendations. The dinning room was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The pool was a fun little escape from the heat. And the complementary razor and tooth brush were a life saver. Would go back here in a heart beat!

Handy to Orchard Rd and MRT. Staff were lovely.

The customer service we experienced during our stay was amazing. The only negative would be that our bathroom was pretty run down and the aircon was a bit strong even though we tried to adjust it. The bathroom appeared to have some mould that looked like being masked and the basin was very flimsy. The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds( apart from the aircon blowing at our faces making it unpleasant).
