Oasia Hotel Novena is a great hotel and a hotel I would definitely recommend to others. The place is clean and kept clean. Wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfaat on the first floor is excellent, but I wish they had more options for breakfast at The Living. Location of the hotel is awesome, mall near by for a bunch of shopping options and food and a 24/7 7Eleven within 5 mins of walking. The hotel has great amenities and services, I wish I could have stayed longer to use them. Thank you for the time and service!

Great location near malls and direct access to MRT.

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Oasia Hotel Novena. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was simply marvelous, and the evening cocktails were equally spectacular. What made the experience even more special was that this was the first time my daughter joined me for breakfast during a hotel stay. She is usually not a breakfast person, but she enjoyed it so much that she looked forward to it each morning. I would especially like to recognize Ms Iryati, Andreana, and Jannah. These ladies are truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. Customer service seems to come naturally to them, and they delivered it effortlessly with professionalism and a smile. They are a credit to the hotel and played a significant part in making our stay so memorable. I also noticed a remarkable difference in the level of service between breakfast at Level 1 and the Club Room. The experience in the Club Room was far more personalized, attentive, and welcoming, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such special memories for my daughter and me. We look forward to returning in the future. As a minor suggestion, I believe that updating the carpet could further elevate the hotel's already excellent ambiance and guest experience.

Stayed 5 nights at Oasis Novena. Front reception staff was courteous. Good size room. The rectangular basin needs a bit of attention on the corners, round shape tapware/faucet was a bit loose, difficult for arthritic hands. Good size shower, floor corners/grouting need attention too - scrubbing. Bed was comfortable. Pillow profile on the high side, fine for me but not for my partner. Did not select breakfast, at A$33 per head/day is a bit expensive. Great location with underpass to MRT, 2 shopping centres with cafes for breakfast and wide variety of food and restaurants.

Location is good. Rooms furniture a bit old but overall functional. Biggest problem are the pillows, extremely uncomfortable, hotel couldn’t provide a better one so ended up with buy one

Brilliantly located and across the road from Novena Cathedral, lots of places to eat on Thompson Road - the hotel is fine (though beware of lots of building works). I was told that this hotel is often chosen by people coming for medical tourism. Feels very much a sleep and go sort of hotel. No restaurant unless you’re part of a club etc — The rooms are fine and well appointed though the fittings are somewhat poorly maintained (glass shelves stuck together messily by glue, plug unit dismounted) and it can be noisy. Great transport access my MRT and bus so easy to get in and out.

Stay was nice air-conditioned was cold Howver 2nd night aircon was terrible experience not cold , On my third night the staff called in the morning and explain the conditions. Haven't got a chance to try their morning breakfast yet .
