Excellent location and friendly staff

Central location. Was a bit tricky to get to reception which is on the 3rd floor

Cost of laundry was $9 for wash and another $9 for dryer use. That's the most expensive laundromat I've ever used. I feel robbed.

Great area to stay. Near everything and staff were really accommodating.

Cleaning wasn't in good standard for guest move in, rubbish found under the mattress from previous guests. Toilet flush was so noisy and room space was very small, barely available space to move around. The staff should behave better as if there was a early check in available rather giving example of you are 10th person to requesting and suggesting come back usual check in time. Obviously the guest may have arrive from long haul journey and if possible should be provided early check in. The room cleaning service wasn't provided daily and no tea/coffee was topped up. Had to ask reception every time for top up. Besides local shops and transport were okay but I don't recommend for anyone this hotel if there are other available. I don't think it is value for money at all.

Nothing to add

Will definitely recommand. Everything was as expected.

I didn’t like the immovable external blinds on the windows blocking any view. Pillows were all too high, uncomfortable.

Great experience and very close to town

Great location near the MRT and Tekka Center. Clean. Nice pool. Even got to have a shower later in the day before heading to airport. Caution when asking for a taxi from the airport when you arrive into Singapore. We were quoted, and accepted, $100 singapore when arriving, but the taxi from there to the airport (leaving) was $24 👀
