2nd visit here and will be going again when we next go to Manchester. Its great value for money and the staff are lovely. Great for wheelchair users too.

とても良い This would probably be my favoured choice for a short city centre stay in Manchester. Clean, enough room and great location. If you get a good deal, it is highly recommended.

Great room for 1 night. Right in the center so easy for transport. Room was clean and staff were great. Small charge to store bags is the only downside but it was great stay overall

it was an alright budget stay, nothing fancy. they only had one spare pillow for the hotel apparently, and only one lift working which made using the lift quite a timely task. other than that, it was decent - clean bed, good shower but noisy air conditioning unit so bring ear plugs if you like to stay cool but dont like noise

Excellent location, had all the amenities we needed for the night including tea and coffee, iron and iron board. Room was clean and perfectly sized.

少しがっかり I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The property was poorly cleaned, with trash left in the corridors for days. I had rubbish outside my room for three days and no one bothered to remove it, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
Checkout was equally frustrating. I needed a VAT invoice with amended details, and the front desk initially told me this wasn’t possible — which is simply not true. I was then told the invoice would be emailed later, but I had to chase the hotel several times before it was finally sent.
Although the hotel offers competitive prices and a central location, the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of basic administrative tasks made the stay unpleasant. I do not plan to return.

Excellent hotel, lovely decoration, comfy rooms. Downside was that one of the lifts was out of order but no problem to use stairs.
