We booked the hotel to attend a wedding in the outskirts of Manchester. My sister had stayed here previously and had recommended it. The hotel is really close to Manchester Piccadilly train station which was perfect for us. The room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning on the hottest weekend of the year! The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast. We've already booked to stay at this hotel again when we return to Manchester at the end of the year and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed with my 84 year-old mum who can't walk very far. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk from National Express station and only a slightly longer walk to Piccadilly tram station.
Visited to see Take That at the Etihad and location was perfect.
Excellent customer service from all the staff we came into contact. Very friendly and professional.

Very helpful staff, room very clean. We had lunch and breakfast there and the food was very good. I would of liked a bottle of water in my room as so hot and do not drink tea or coffee. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again.

Helpful front of house on check in. Room very nice and beds and bedding very comfortable. It was quiet even though it was centrally located. Excellent location and convenient for public transport.
