My stay at this hotel was alright as it was in a good location and very walkable distance. But the breakfast is nothing to write home about very very basic there was not any good food at all the coffee was not good at all no scrambled eggs and other things.

The main hotel rooms are big and lovely the ‘house 2’ is definitely substandard to this. No safe, no fridge, small with like a train bathroom, no view. I wouldn’t stay in this side again.

I was sent to a room when I arrived at 11.30 at night that was already occupied! Receptionist wasn’t apologetic at all. Rest of the stay was fine

Hotel itself is nice, room however had a very stained carpet and toothpaste remnants all over the bathroom sink from the previous guest. Mini fridge in the room was actually a mini microwave somehow, the fan on the unit was so hot that anything in it warmed up. It's cheap and convenient for the city centre.

The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The breakfast was mostly great with lots of choice (though it could have used some cut fruit and done away with the salad items) The only downside were the staff - in particular the female receptionist we initially encountered who clearly was not happy to be customer facing and who had no patience for the fact that her speech was very difficult to understand due to a strong accent. A shame because otherwise our stay was great, but she really made checking in a needlessly stressful experience.
