Old school type of place, with its own kind of charm. Big and busy. Great view from high floors.

This hotel falls on the “traditional” type of stays, as it is still set up with a “legacy layout” instead of more modern/updated we experienced in our Japan/Korea trip. However do not be discouraged by this comment, location was excellent as it was next to the Bus Station and in the middle of the shopping district and walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Park and National Memorial!!! A nugget we found was a summer festival that was taking place at eve Hiroshima Castle, which runs from mid May to Mid July and admission is free!!!

The hotel was well maintained and our room has great views. Location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. When we asked questions about local transportation, the front staff provided everything possible to support our needs. Everything was very organized and their staff was super professional. We regretted that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommended this hotel!

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Rooms very clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the water and the peace memorial site. Very good value for the quality of the property. Top notch staff were super helpful. Breakfast buffet offers both Japanese and western dishes. Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was centrally located, food was good, rooms comfortable, staff helped us communicate with the airline when a typhoon canceled our flight

The room was very nice, clean, and sufficient space with great view. Only issue I encountered is that the number of electric outlets was not enough to charge Cell phone, iPad, Apple watch, Laptop, a potable charger and headphone at the same time. I had to rotate charging for all.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect. The castle view from our room was amazing. We spent one night in Hiroshima, and this hotel was ideally situated for our trip. I highly recommend. I saw some negative reviews about the hotel being outdated, but I did not have that perception. Overall, this was a grea5 stay.

A wonderful property. Conveniently located to the Hiroshima sites. The room we were assigned was beyond fantastic. A superb view of the city in the mountains in the background. The room was clean quiet and the hotel is very secure. The food at breakfast was wonderful and dinner was even better. I hope to come back one day and will most definitely stay at this hotel. Arigato. 🙏
