On the plus side, this hotel is in a great location and the price is good. I would have been upset if we paid anything more for it though. We stayed three nights and we didn’t sleep a full night any one of them. We couldn’t get the thermostat or fan to cool the room sufficiently — and I’m not sure they were even trying to cool the hallways. They were so muggy and hot. In addition, our room setup was not workable. The room had three beds, two chairs, and three narrow pedestal tables in it, and everything was crammed in so tight that there was no place to put our three carry-on pieces of luggage. Just to function in the room, we had to move the beds together into one large bed and move the tables together along the side to place our luggage on top. And because this meant that there was no way to easily change the sheets (and we didn’t want to inconvenience or confuse the super sweet cleaning lady), we just put “do not disturb” on the door and did without the daily room cleaning. Nicely, the room was clean when we arrived. The room had very old and stained carpeting, but I was okay with that. We are not luxury travelers, and for the price, I didn’t expect it to be fancy. I appreciated that the surfaces were all clean and the bedding well washed. But overall, if I were to go back to Hiroshima, I would pick a different hotel.

I loved this place. The room has a beautiful view of Hiroshima. The rooms very cute and clean. The staff was so nice.

Great hotel! The roof top bar was an amazing bonus. The hotel is located walking distance from peace park and a lot of great restaurants. The room and bed were the most comfortable we had in our 2 weeks in Japan. Highly recommend

This hotel is well placed near key tourist attractions and food places. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Would definitely be staying here if visiting Hiroshima again

Check in is on the 14th floor. There is absolutely no early check in. They only gave us one room key. The rooftop bar was really nice and so was the one free drink each night. We were disappointed that they didn’t make our bed—only emptied the garbage and gave new towels. Staff was otherwise nice… it was just a few things that could have been better

So clean, large room size

Amazing property with very friendly and helpful staff. Location was phenomenal and close to the atomic bomb memorial/peace park. The restaurant in the lobby was really good and not overly expensive. Hotel provided a free welcome drink which was nice. Room was spotless and large with great amenities. Perfect stay

Wonderful place to stay. Offered upgraded room free of charge with gorgeous view of the city! Clean, very helpful staff and wonderful rooftop bar with complimentary drinks and great drink selection. We spent a lot of time enjoying the hotels services and were sad to leave - thank you!
