最高 What a fabulous hotel, we loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, spacious clean and comfy room, a lovely Onsen to relax in. We arrived early, but were able to check in straight away. Location is top notch, a short walk to all the major attractions. We were very impresed with the endless free food and drink, from smoothies before breakfast, afternoon tea and free flowing drinks and snacks at sunset, to tasty soup and rice bowls to end the evening. We highly recommend this hotel and will definately stay again if we are ever back in Hiroshima.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. My only real gripes are that the little sofa was stiff and scratchy and the room window was extremely small. It made the room feel extra small and dark.

Very nice hotel, we were a group of 10 people and we all enjoyed our stay and we found it comfortable and convenient for our travels.

The room was clean and spacious. We were close to everything by walking and transit. The digital check in was a bit confusing and I am not sure that it adds any efficiency.

Hotel feels new and clean. The lobby is on the 14th floor and there are lots of free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The view from the lobby lounge is great, and it’s a relaxing environment.
Room was small but standard for Japan. We got the room at a special rate of about $100 USD per night which I think was a great deal. There are also larger more expensive rooms which I may try next time. Would definitely stay here again if in Hiroshima. Nice central location.

Check in nightmare. Staff watching as we were forced to check in via a dysfunctional electronic screen. Rooms and location were good. But better options elsewhere due to 20 minute check in ordeal.
