Staff were great and loved the terrace area (outside on 14th floor). Did find the air too dry in the room which ended up making me unwell (know it was the room as was unwell until we left, started feeling better when left the hotel). Otherwise great hotel.

We only stayed one night but the room was very nice. Clean. The staff was very helpful when asking questions about our flight to Tokyo.

The communication with the staff was hard, their English levels were cca. A2 levels, lower than what the hospitality industry would require. Despite that, they really tried to help with everything, we didn't have any major problems. The room was very spacious, everything was clean. The window was tiny, but we spent just one night here, it was not a dealbreaker. The breakfast was good, we tried some Japanese specialities.

The lounge offers a great breakfast with a good variety of Japanese and western dishes , Happy hour offers alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, In the evening, rice porridge is offered until 10pm. The communal bath was well maintained and a wonderful amenity after a day of sightseeing. Location is superb as it is a short distance from Hiroshima station and the peace park sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a very nice hotel for visiting Hiroshima.

The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Shower was fantastic. My complaint is about the bathroom light - it is motion activated. As someone who often goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, i go in the dark and having the lights turn on automatically is annoying.

I love this hotel! I pass through for work and usually stay just one night prior to a flight. It's always easy to book, the front desk is always so kind and helpful, I've stayed in a standard and upgraded room and both were nice and clean. Views from the food area are great. Supplies are available as needed. 3-5min walk to big shopping area. Easy, flat, 25min walk to Hiroshima peace park and museum - to get there from the hotel you walk through the shopping area so there are things to look at. 7/11 with currency exchange is a few doors down. Great hotel!

Very convenient location; large buffet breakfast; happy hour and late night snacks. I would recommend having a Netflix subscription to watch in your room

Not good if driving, no parking on preises.

This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed in while in Japan. The room was impeccably maintained and the facilities were excellent. One nice feature was that the bathroom and toilet were in separate rooms so you could soak in the bathtub as long as you want without inconveniencing your partner. They also had free snacks in the afternoon.
