Very clean and felt new. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with our teenager and booked the “standard twin” which was a little tight so I’d recommend going with the next room up. (It would probably be ok for a small child). Loved the spa though it would be nice if they provided an extra towel. Super comfy pjs though!

Fantastic stay in Hiroshima, handy location with everything you need in walking distance and also the trams make it easy getting around Hiroshima as well as from the main station if arriving by shinkansen. Nice, modern, clean rooms, would happily recommend to anyone staying in Hiroshima, it's lovely city with a great feel to it and the hotel reflected that.

We had a great experience at this hotel, the breakfast was always wonderful, clean and neat hotel room with great staff!

Only one coffee machine that dispenses coffee slowly at breakfast meant very long waits for coffee. They need 2 or 3 coffee machines for the size of the hotel

Very clean hotel in Hatchobori, great location. Onsen area was great with many amenities. Rooms were a touch smal and the bathroom was tiny. If my husband (6 feet) was any taller he would not have fit in the shower. You need to pay attention the first time you visit as we nearly walked by it.

Great breakfast but property needs an upgrade and beds very firm, unfortunately air-conditioning not reliable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Onsen great.

Small but well located rooms Good breakfast choice

Good location and amazing views from the spa. However neither lifts nor breakfast were suitable for the volume of guests and location of reception on 13th Floor is not clearly signposted

This is my 2nd time I stayed at this location and this one disappointed me. Breakfast bar was constantly running out of food and staff had to be reminded to fill it. This may be due to being short handed. But on the last breakfast I found a sharp piece of plastic in my eggs as I was chewing it, lucky I just didn’t swallow it straight I probably would have needed to go to the hospital. This will be my last time staying there.
