Lovely, roomy, comfortable, clean, and 5 minute walk from the Munich Hbf station. This hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and we didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked excellent. I would recommend and I would return!

The front desk staff was amazing!!

just didn't feel comfortable with the area. no air. beds where very hard.

The location was good, as it was very walkable to the main part of the city. The room was nice, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was great for our family of four. The beds are basically two twin beds pushed together, equating to about the size of a king sized bed. The shower water temperature and pressure were amazing. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that the room did not have AC. It was not very hot in Munich while we were there so it ended up okay with the fans that are provided. We requested an additional fan and it was brought up within 10 minutes of the request and helped so much. The breakfast was a great traditional European continental breakfast. The hotel is within 5 minutes of the train station and about a 15 min walk from the main square. There are tons of restaurants and beer gardens in walking distance. The only downside is that you have to walk through a bit of an interesting part of town (pawn shops, couple of strip clubs, etc) which felt a bit strange with our teenage boys. Overall, I’d stay again.

Second time staying at this property. Love the location. Staff is superb. They went out of their way to accommodate us on every single request. Will only stay at this location going forward when we return to Munich! thanks to the entire staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping!

Location wasn't very good as the neighborhood was very busy and noisy. Check-in started only at 4, which seems pretty late. Staff was great. Rooms were pretty good. Amenities were well appreciated. Lobby had a water station to fill out bottles. The also stored our luggage while we toured the city. Good value for money

Good location, beds were comfortable.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean but the bathroom a bit bizarre with no separation for the shower so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet and then you have a wet floor the whole time. Location was good.
