Hotel was excellent. The neighborhood is something to deal with

Great hotel. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 4 stars is the location. The neighborhood is NOT family friendly. Be very aware of this when booking anywhere in this neighbor especially if you have young children or are a young single female traveler. Hotel is wonderful; neighborhood is not.

Courtyard Marriott had a wonderful location and we had a great stay!

We recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to the significant quality difference between the rooms. While one room had a nicely renovated and modern bathroom, the other one was very old, outdated, and worn out. It feels unfair to pay the same price for the same standard of accommodation, only to receive one room that is far below expectations.

Convenient location, good dining option, helpful staff and clean room

The cleaning staff do not check supplies and refill. We did not have shower soap for the last day.

The room was very comfortable and met our needs

Starting with the positives, we really loved the breakfast—it was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the neighborhood, which felt rough and not particularly inviting. The hotel itself also felt very outdated. From the aging bathroom to the lack of convenient in-room USB charging ports, it didn't meet our expectations for the price we paid.

Location is central in Munich, the hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant in the hotel was very limited in dining options. The neighborhood was simply ok but because it is very near the train station it was good. Staff was nice but when questioned the answers were always different. I’d honestly probably stay there again if I am ever visiting Munich.

Very clean and modern property near Old town. 2 blocks from the central train station and less than a mile from all of old town Munich. Rooms are large for Europe, with modern amenities and comfortable beds.
