Is was very good

We liked every aspect of this hotel. Clean,

Check in was fine, we were early, but left bags there. Rooms great. We chose this hotel because it has an elevator and a/c. This was during the heat dome of July. The a/c just barely worked, and they sent up a fan, which helped some. Our friends had 2 rooms as well. One was good a/c, the other was also hot. I did use the pool one afternoon; lovely and well-kept. The bar had great service. We had a drink before going out for dinner. We did not dine at the hotel or have their breakfast.

Very clean room ,great location for touring,drinks reasonably priced,very friendly staff.room cleaned every day and loads of towels in room.air con is a bit weak but ok.would stay here again.

Great staff

We had a family room that suited us very well and each child had their own bed. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived on a very hot day, but it did not feel like the A/C was on. We requested a fan (which we received) but were told the A/C is automated up until a certain degree, so that could not be changed. We slept with the window open and the fan on but having controllable A/C would have been appreciated. The kids loved the pool and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the train station and surrounded by lots of stores, bakeries etc. We would stay here again.

Location was good, breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable, during the time when the temperatures were high

Awesome breakfast. Family suite was spacious. Friendly front desk staff. In a bit of a gritty area, but hotel felt safe. Quick walk to the old town.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Friendly staff with a great good choice at the breakfast and a very nice swimming pool. Thank you for the lovely experience xx
