Pleasant boutique hotel in close proximity of the train station.

Cleanliness

Room we stayed in had been updated. Clean floors and bathroom. A/C shuts off on its own. Comforters were gross. Thank goodness there was a sheet covering them. Dirt spots, multiple blood spots on both of them. Don't know if they were new spots or stains. Either way, unacceptable. Breakfast was sufficient and very convenient. Room was quiet when windows were closed. Convenient to the main transit station in Munich. The hall carpets are old and dirty. The elevator floor, walls and door didn't look like anyone had cleaned and wiped down in several days, at least. Recommend going to Hofbrauhaus Munchin near train station. Excellent!

Large room, comfy beds, air conditioning (that we wished went colder and stayed on), big bathroom, excellent shower, our room was quiet. WiFi didn't work very well up on 2nd floor rear. Nothing really to complain about but would have liked a kettle.

We did have an issue with the plumbing which we reported and was never fixed. We mentioned it a few times but nothing was done. Other that the issue, we were happy with the hotel and our visit

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.

It was well stocked and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the air-conditioning that is not included in a lot of European hotels.

Never a 4 stars hotel ….. pretty basic and not clean enough.

Didn't like that the air conditioner wasn't working. We had to move to another room which didn't include a safe. Also on 2 occasions the door key card stopped working

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best. Noisy street. Guy at reception kept trying to charge me for breakfast even though I had already paid when I did the initial hotel booking. Shower curtain only covered 1/2 of the tub, water was spilling out every time I showered. Cheap soap and shampoo. Would only recommend for the location.
