The property was very nice and clean. We arrived very early and they held our luggage. They told us that they would let us know when our room was ready and we had been up for 24 hours. Check in was 3:00 PM and it was 2:30 PM and still we heard nothing. It was the same people at the desk and we went back up and our room was ready and no one had told us. This was a little frustrating. We were there since 10:00 AM.

The staff was beyond amazing. They should all be given raises!!!

The included breakfast was generous, fresh, and offered a variety of choices. The desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, the apartment itself was merely adequate without terribly comfortable beds and rather cramped quarters. The electronic key system for our room failed upon our return from sightseeing one evening and we waited for 30 minutes for a maintenance staff person to repair it. The phone key system was less convenient than an actual key card as the Wi-Fi was spotty and it took a while for the key settings to load.

Breakfast was on point every morning. Staff was great and patient with our two year old. Location was walkable to every part of Munich we wanted to see-even for my 75 year old father in law.

Breakfast was expensive $25 Euros; coffee shops closed much less expensive. Rooms were clean; furniture could be updated.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Great location, only a couple of minute walk to trains and Marienplatz.

Clean, as advertised and very central

Well located beautiful apartment short walk from the central station. Very friendly staff. Washer in the apartment . Dryers located in the ironing room in the basement of Block C. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone at the reception desk is super friendly and helpful. The place is immaculately clean and well located. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety.

Perfect location and an excellent hotel. Very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying
