We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fairly basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The biggest highlight, though, is the location. It was perfect for everything we had planned in Lisbon, with easy access to the main sights, restaurants, and public transport. Getting around the city couldn’t have been easier.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel that’s a great base for exploring Lisbon, I’d definitely recommend it.

el personal dan un buen trato pero las installations estan muy mal mantenidas el baño full de moho, el ascensor lo joden a cada rato vainas en todas las escaleras etc

The rooms were clean. Looks like the Hotel’s going through renovation right now. Otherwise everything was OK. It was right in the center of Lisbon. Very easy to get around downtown or the Port area walkable actually from the Port area.

The hotel is close to Rossio Square where most of the day tour would meet. However, the room is noisy due to the hotel is located next to many restaurants near Rossio Square. The room is clean but small. Breakfast is not included in the hotel. There is a small elevator which will take 2 luggages and 1 person up to different floor. The staff also called a taxi at 4 am for 2 persons to go to Lisbon airport for a flight at 7 am in the morning for 25 Euros. Basically, it is okay for the price of the room.

The location was good but that was the only positive about this property. There was no AC, the elevator did not work, the area was very noisy and the staff were not helpful. I do not recommend.

Broken elevator the entire time I was there. Room renovations going on next door to my room starting at 7:00 A.M.
