The staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Our plane arrived earlier than check in time so the staff was wonderful and had luggage storage available. Once we came back after wandering the area and we were ready the check in they were amazing about helping bring our bags to the room. The room was extremely clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the street. Other reviews state that it was extremely noisy but we found it to be very quiet and heard some noises from the street but it was peaceful by 10pm. Amazing location! It was so easy to wander around, found amazing restaurants to eat. 100% recommend to other travellers!

Great price, right in the middle of downtown.

Location is excellent, although it can be noisy at night if you want an early night. Staff are fantastic and we had a lovely breakfast. We stayed for 4 days - 2 at the start of our holiday and 2 at the end. I would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in Lisbon. The location is 10/10. You are right in the mix of the Lisbon strip! Staff was great, the breakfast every morning was fantastic too. The room we stayed in was very small, but fine for what we needed. Had good A/C as well, cleaning staff always brought fresh towels and cleaned every day. For the price point well worth it!

Family room was small but has everything we needed. Great amenities. Good for the nights rest.

Very old building, tiny rooms and breakfast was mediocre. The staff was as helpful as they could be

This was in an excellent location and the staff was always super helpful at all times of day. Room smelled clean, some mold in the shower but overall a great stay. Would stay again.
