The person who worked at the property escorted us to the storage lockers and pointed out our room when we arrived at 1 pm. When he realized the lockers were full, he asked the cleaning staff in our room if we could leave our luggage there before check-in. They said yes. He was very helpful to us, which we appreciated very much.

The apartment was perfect for our 6 night stay. It was stocked with things you could use to cook light meals like breakfast and lunch. We struggled with the drying part of the washer combo, but made it work. What a location. So many restaurants and shopping. Trolley stop right outside the entrance made for easy access around the city. Street noise went a little longer than expected, but upstairs was much quieter. I would recommend this place if your intention is to get out and explore. If we are ever back in Lisbon, we will book again! RRR Florida, USA

Have no idea of unit as I was never given access to unit. Just charged. Then reminded to check out even though I had no access code and could never have entered unit. A sloppy and careless operation. Information on check in sent to email late/at last minute, and days after I no longer had email access. Over two weeks after booking. If you are going to require all sorts of additional information and processes should handle that in timely fashion, like the other bookings. Not hearing from you signals everything is taken care of, except maybe final quick call. Required to have app not availible on my phone. Then after borrowing someones phone with app, site did not accept Portuguese ID even though said it would. When told of difficulting using the system for additional forms was told to pay tax then everything would work. It did not. Just another way to collect more funds. Numerous calls. Long waits. Never resolved Travel regularly. Worst experience ever. Definately not going to use Hotel.com or anything with this property, and dissuade other from using as well. Not even a number to reach Hotel.com; despite several places on their websites claiming 24/7 support.

We had planned a one night stay. When we got to the address, we used the code they provided in an email and got into the lobby. However, there was a note there that the elevator was not working and directing us to another entrance. When we tried to leave, we discovered to our horror that switch to exit the lobby was not working and we were locked in. We used the telephone that was there but the person at the other end was very unhelpful and unsympathetic to our plight. My husband is claustrophobic and threatened to break the glass on the door. Thankfully there was foot traffic even at midnight and we banged on the glass to attract some strangers and showed them the code to unlock the door and let us out. When we got to the other entrance and hauled our luggage up three floors, the virtual checkin machine was not working and we had to call again to get the code delivered by WhatsApp. I wish they had sent us this information about the elevator and the other entrance by email to avoid us the stress and time that we spent locked in a lobby! The apartment itself was very basic. The ACs are not very good and did not cool the room efficiently. The bathtub, sink, and dining table surfaces are scuffed and the place had a rundown look. Overall, we had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place for the price. However, the neighborhood is nice and the durum kebab place across the street is awesome.

The check-in experience was terrible. Getting into the property felt like you had to solve an escape room riddle. When we finally managed ti do so, the elevator was out of order so we had to go up three stories carrying all our luggage. This of course continued for the duration of our stay as five days were not enough to get it fixed. Trying to communicate with the host was to say the least unattainable and after complaining to Expedia because the listing advertised did not much the apartment in which we stayed at, neither Expedia could contact the host. A fter trying to communicate with Expedia for about three hours at the night of our check-in and when we were already exhausted by the trip, we decided that it was not worth it to ruin in our vacation. after that our troubles continued when the cleaning service decided to leave us only 3 towels for 4 the tenants, the second day.

Wonderful view. Place is fairly clean (kitchen floor was dirty). I had a couple of questions before checking in, and found replies to be a bit rude. Other than this, it was a nice stay.

A lot of problems with this place. First and most important - they say they have an elevator. This is the main reason I chose this place over others in the area that do not. We were not told ahead of time that the only lift was broken - stayed there for an entire week and it remained broken the entire time and never saw any effort to fix it. The communication was poor - we arrived late at night due to delayed flight and followed their instructions, which failed to mention the lift was broken or that the alternate entrance was on another street. At midnight we arrived to try to figure this out on our own - there were confusing signs taped to the door but that was it. No one to call at night if you're having a problem entering. As soon as we got inside we saw several roaches in the hallway. Never in my life have I seen roaches in a Lisbon apartment building. Inside the apartment, several things did not work. In the morning we were able to contact someone to fix them. On the last day of our stay our entrance code was deactivated prematurely, locking us out of the building at night. We had to wait on the street for someone else staying there to let us in.. Worst place I have ever stayed in Lisbon in 15 years of travel there.
