We were very disappointed with our stay. The elevator was broken and had been broken for over 2 weeks. The poor girls at reception had to carry our 60 pound suitcases up the 106 steps to the 4th floor. At the bottom of the staircase, there was a metal screw sticking out which cut and ripped the skin off my husbands finger. The female supervisor was quick to go and cover the screw so no one else would get hurt. The bed in the room is a thing mattress and very uncomfortable. Despite a broken elevator and getting hurt, we were not offered any type of compensation. Very disappointing that a RIDAN run hotel would be of such poor standards.

Great location, staff was lovely and very helpful.

The staff was amazing great team hard working young women. The elevator was not working the first week and 10 days later we came back and the elevator was still broken. The young ladies at the front desk had to take our heavy luggages up to the 4 floor which we find very unfortunate for them. They did it without any complaints and kept apologizing for the elevator. Management should be more aware the hotel and apartments maintenance and other services. The staff at the hotel were wonderful!! Thank you

The elevator was broken and they didn't let us know until we went to the hotel for check-in. At least we were on the 2nd floor and they did offer a full refund but that wasn't helpful since we didn't have time to find another hotel. It was tough bringing all our bags up and down the stairs. Our room was also super small. But we still rate it high because you can't beat the location and price. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Prime location. Excellent helpful staff. Nothing negative to say about this boutique hotel. It has been great for our 2 nights. Thank you!

We stayed in comfort room, very small tiny open rail with 5 hangers for clothes, no drawers. But was clean, bed was comfy and shower hot and powerful. No view and not a lot of natural light, next to tall building which had scaffolding and being renovated. We were room 31. Lift was broken when we arrived but offered alternative accommodation. Central location and easy access to everywhere. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. In all ok for a short stay.

The hotel was lovely, excellent location for exploring Lisbon. Right in the heart of things on a busy street with lots of life, bars, restaurants. Fair amount of street noise until midnight I’d say which didn’t bother us. Room was lovely, plenty of character in this hotel. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good. A small hotel feel to it and felt like a calm oasis as you step off the busy street. The lift wasn’t working when we stayed but we were given the option of a full refund and help finding another hotel if we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was old, run down, dirty, smelly and the elevator didn't work. Ended up going to a different hotel for the night and now trying to get a refund!

Helpful staff and clean installations

The elevator was not operating. Had to hull Luggage up and down three flights of stairs. No advanced notification that it has been out of order for a while and they were waiting for parts. Locked out of the building in mid afternoon for half an hour. One pillow and no extra pillows or blankets. The best pzft of the hotel was the young lady who drove the shuttle to the airport. Very professional and friendly and got us there quickly. Extremely disappointing experience.
