highly recommended, the view is perfect, the location is accessible to all, 7/11 is also available at the ground floor, if you have nothing to do outside you can spent time in the pool and gym

the hotel is very clean and smells good. it is very accessible and the location is very good. services are likewise good. no breakfast in the hotel. the staff are very helpful. the lobby is quite small so there will be some queueing during peak hours of checking in. checking out is very easy

I enjoyed my stay at Parkroyal Collection Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The services and facilities are great. I enjoyed the variety of food offered for the breakfast. There is also a bar located at ground floor near the lobby where I can grab my drink. It is also nearby to shopping centres at Bukit Bintang 👍

Inizialmente ero titubante a prenotare qui, ma questo hotel è di gran lunga il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Kuala Lumpur. Il servizio del club lounge è anch'esso di prim'ordine. Oliver e il personale del club lounge sono tutti molto ospitali, mi sono sentito come a casa. Anche il cibo era ottimo. Inoltre, l'hotel offre un servizio buggy da e per Suria KLCC. Excellent location right inside the mall, which makes everything very convenient. The room was clean and well-kept. Although there were no bottled drinks provided, the hotel prepared a sterilised bottle for guests to refill drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Tip: Don’t book the room with breakfast included — it’s cheaper to pay at the hotel, now promotion at RM25 per pax.

Tutto è stato buono. Ci siamo divertiti molto qui, soprattutto mio figlio. La posizione è molto vicina a molte attrazioni, quindi la consegna del cibo ha richiesto poco tempo. Buona manutenzione della pulizia. Il personale è stato gentile. Ci siamo davvero goduti la piscina privata, la piscina a sfioro, la terrazza panoramica e persino la palestra con una vista magnifica. Sicuramente torneremo.

Questo è il mio quarto soggiorno qui e adoro i toni caldi di questo hotel, che non hanno un eccessivo freddo metallico ma nemmeno una sensazione di vecchio. Il personale di servizio è molto cordiale e pulisce le camere con molta attenzione. Ogni volta che vengo a Kuala Lumpur, soggiorno per più di 7-10 giorni, come tornare a casa. La prossima volta che tornerò a Kuala Lumpur, soggiornerò di nuovo qui! Anche la colazione è molto buona, il pane è abbastanza raffinato e anche le ciambelle sono deliziose!
