Overall, the food is good, especially the grilled food are delicious but some seafood is not very fresh.

This hotel is located in the bustling Pratunam district, with a very convenient location that makes it easy for tourists to visit for dining. The three-tier afternoon tea is overall acceptable; a few of the dim sum items taste quite good, falling into the category of decent and passing. However, the accompanying beverages are rather disappointing, tasting so watery that they resemble plain water. They are neither sweet nor aromatic, which I personally did not enjoy. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable, making it feel nice to sit and rest there. The set meal for two costs three hundred Hong Kong dollars, which feels a bit overpriced. If the price could be adjusted, the value for money would be much better.

Di recente sono stato al COPPER Beyond Buffet e la prima cosa che ho notato è stato l'arredamento ben curato, con uno stile retrò-industriale. L'ingresso e gli angoli per le foto erano molto fotogenici, e l'atmosfera mentre si mangiava era piacevole; quel giorno c'erano pochi hongkonghesi. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la sezione sashimi e frutti di mare era affidabile: il tonno e le capesante erano tagliati allo spessore giusto e avevano un sapore fresco e dolce; il piatto di salmone con uva di mare e uova di pesce era salato, rinfrescante e croccante. I dessert mi hanno sorpreso: il tortino al cioccolato dal cuore morbido aveva un sapore intenso e, abbinato alla marmellata, era ben bilanciato con la sua acidità; i panna cotta e i dolci alla crema erano lisci, ma un po' troppo dolci. Le bevande includevano alcuni succhi speciali, con abbastanza ghiaccio per rinfrescare e sgrassare il palato, e anche il tradizionale tè al latte thailandese, davvero ottimo. Nel complesso, la qualità era nella media, ma il punto di forza era la vasta scelta, la bella presentazione e la velocità nel rifornire i piatti. Quasi tutto era delizioso, ma la sorpresa più grande è stata la zuppa di funghi con croissant, davvero eccezionale. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the always fresh squid and salmon, which arrive quickly just minutes after ordering. It's also a mala festival, so the flavors are wonderfully spicy and satisfying, perfect for anyone who loves a bit of heat. Plus, the price I got with the deal was incredibly good value. It's easy to use; just show the coupon to the staff, and you're all set. Delicious and great value food. In summary, everyone should definitely try it!

When I visited the Jim Thompson House, I stopped by the restaurant on the premises. I was lucky to get a reservation for 30 minutes later that day. My companion and I shared one pint set, and the food was delicious with thorough explanations. I chose oolong tea, which had a wonderful aroma and was also a favorite. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were incredibly attentive, and it's a place I'd love to visit again.
