The location is excellent, right next to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The room is very spacious, and the price is affordable compared to other hotels of similar room size. There's a convenience store right in front, and you just need to cross the street to find it. Overall, I'm impressed and will definitely come back again.

Hotel Location: Very convenient, right above Taipei Main Station Exit Z2/Z4, just behind the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. Transportation Convenience: Located right at Taipei Main Station, with multiple MRT transfer lines and bus stops, making it extremely convenient. Cleanliness: The staff does an excellent job with cleaning. However, perhaps due to high humidity and the older building, there are always a few small insects in the room.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Aside from a good spot location and beautiful spots. The receptionist are also accommodating and very friendly especailly Olivia who patiently attend our needs and request. We are planning to come back in Taiwan next year and will definitely come back to this Hotel🤗

the room was clean and organized upon check in. staff are nice and kind enough to answer questions. location is nice since it’s near taipei main station and some restaurants and stores. a few minutes walk to ximending. bed was very comfortable for me. for the price, it was good enough!

Staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei felt like stepping into living history. It is one of those rare places where the walls seem as though they could speak. The hotel carries a remarkable sense of gravity and connection to the past, while still being exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Jenny at reception. My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino alle stazioni MRT (Taipei Main/NTU Hospital per la linea rossa e Beimen/Ximen per la linea verde). È anche a pochi passi dai principali siti turistici come il quartiere di Ximending, la CKS Memorial Hall e l'edificio dell'Ufficio Presidenziale. La camera non è né grande né troppo piccola. Appena sufficiente per due bagagli. Offrono anche una colazione a buffet con molti piatti tra cui scegliere e ogni giorno cambiano i piatti principali. Oltre al buon cibo, le bevande sono illimitate tutto il giorno, tutti i giorni!

Hotel is very clean and the ambiance is very luxury. Receptionists are very kind and helpful, they even help us to book for a taxi. Location is very great since nearby in Cities and MRT. There's complementary breakfast at the RF. Overall, we have amazing experience.
