Opened in 2023, Taipei Jiantan Pulu Hotel is conveniently located near Jiantan MRT Station, meaning it's not far from Shilin Night Market. It offers underground parking for compact cars (with a height limit of 1.9 meters), and the rooms are brand new. Plus, there's a women's large public bath, and with its affordable prices, it's definitely an excellent choice in Taipei City!

Staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei felt like stepping into living history. It is one of those rare places where the walls seem as though they could speak. The hotel carries a remarkable sense of gravity and connection to the past, while still being exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Jenny at reception. My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

It's very close to the MRT station. Although check-in isn't until 6 PM, the staff kindly arranged for us to check in early! The hotel is a bit older, but it's quite clean and very conveniently located near the MRT station. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beitou! I'd like to commend the staff; their attitude was incredibly friendly and deserves praise! We even received a small gift for checking in on Mother's Day. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was pretty good, and the hot food was delicious. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

1) The service staff in the lobby were just okay; I didn't feel any particular warmth or friendliness. 2) During my two-day stay, one day was a holiday, and the breakfast restaurant was very crowded. A female server with a long ponytail expressionlessly informed me that there weren't enough mugs and that they would restock once the crowd thinned out. However, I waited a long time, and there was absolutely no follow-up; the promise to proactively restock was not kept. Aside from these two points, I honestly can't find any other flaws with this hotel. The view is great, the price is reasonable, and it's a 30-second walk directly to the MRT station. It's definitely worth a return visit!

Breakfast: Breakfast comparable to a five-star hotel, with a serene and elegant environment. The hot spring water in the room is pure and smooth, leaving you feeling completely refreshed after a soak. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the meals are exquisite and delicious. It's the perfect choice for relaxation and rejuvenation!

The hotel is understated yet tasteful, and very close to the MRT station. Shilin Night Market is about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there aren't many convenience stores nearby; the closest one is a small store inside the MRT station. The hotel service is excellent, and the overall cleaning is neat and tidy (though there were hairs from other guests in the bathtub and stains under the living room sofa pillows). The hotel's amenities are high-end and unique; it would be helpful to provide more instructions on how to use them to reduce the time guests spend figuring things out. It's a shame that the main TV in the Tianxi Suite and the bathroom TV are not smart TVs, so you can't watch YouTube or Netflix. Also, the provided massage chair wasn't very effective.

The room is rather small and may not fit travellers with many luggages. transport access: The hotel is new and located strategically opposite the MRT Jiantan (exit 2). cleanliness: The cleanliness of the bathroom is great. However, we encountered bed bug bites. Strongly suggest that proper deep cleaning to be conducted on the bed and carpet.

My recent stay at the Enjoy Hot Spring Hotel in Beitou left a deep impression with its meticulous design. The room featured large Japanese-style wooden flooring, and the warm, smooth feel underfoot created a strong Japanese ambiance that perfectly blended with the greenery outside the window. 🌟 Highlights: • Public Nude Hot Spring Experience: The most impressive feature was the electronic wristband design. It allowed for keyless entry and directly controlled the lockers, enhancing security and eliminating the need to carry bulky, inconvenient traditional keys while bathing, making the relaxation process more seamless. • Spacious Indoor Hot Spring Pool: The hot spring area within the room was exceptionally large, providing a sense of openness. The marble-crafted bathtub was big enough for full body extension, and the misty white sulfur spring water, combined with the spacious environment, offered a private and therapeutic experience. • Comfortable Ambiance: The minimalist blend of wood tones and stone, along with excellent spatial planning, ensured that whether relaxing on the wooden floor in the room or enjoying the smart facilities in the public bath, one could feel the hotel's commitment to quality.

Such a nice memorable stay. Pur deluxe twin room with personal hot spring tub was great. It was on a high floor with wonderful mountain view. Also it was generally quiet and peaceful as we like it. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread to cater to differing breakfast preferences. Set dinner was sumptuous too. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Beitou MRT station and XinBeitou MRT station. However we decided to walk to the nearby Thermal Valley (just 10 mins away from the hotel) and then continue walking to Xinbeitou.
