L'hotel era molto accogliente e rilassante. L'atmosfera è molto piacevole. Vicino alla natura. La camera è molto spaziosa e il prezzo a notte è molto ragionevole. Anche il cibo è molto gustoso. La camera è molto pulita. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno qui e lo consiglio vivamente ad altri.

Nice place, affordable and the staff are accommodating and friendly. I’ve booked a room with pool access and when I arrived the door was not working fine, I raised a concern and they immediately fixed it. This is highly recommended if you are looking for a budget hotel in Semanyak and its also near the airport.

staff are very accommodating, good service, big room, offers good food and nice swimming pool. location is quite far in the main road and the time when we stayed in bali there’s a heavy rain so our location is affected by the flood. but overall experience is good. recommended place for sunny season in bali.

The place is great! Not too crowded, very picturesque (pools, beach, the “cliff” near our rooms), had a number of pools and they are big. Alao have a wide selection of restaurants, staff are very helpful/accommodating! Food is great! Breakfast buffet is so good and the floating breakfast is loooove, a must-try!!! Spa was such a great experience!! Me and my girls had so fund fun and relaxation! Definitely recommend this!

Ho soggiornato nella Island Suite e ho avuto un'esperienza davvero incantevole. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa, ben arredata e chiaramente ben costruita. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e la cura di ogni dettaglio, senza insetti, formiche o zanzare, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. C'era un po' di strada da fare per raggiungere la zona colazione, ma non è stato affatto un problema, soprattutto perché la colazione stessa era eccellente. Non era a buffet, il che rendeva l'atmosfera rilassata e tranquilla. Tutto è stato servito con attenzione e il personale ti faceva sentire davvero coccolato. Uno dei punti forti della suite era l'ampio balcone, che ho condiviso con David. Era il posto perfetto per rilassarsi. Gli ospiti avevano anche accesso alla spiaggia e alle aree piscina. Durante tutto il soggiorno, il personale è stato sempre cordiale e sorridente. Il loro atteggiamento caloroso ha aggiunto molto all'esperienza.

Ho soggiornato per alcune notti al Truntum Kuta e sono rimasto molto colpito. La posizione è perfetta: proprio di fronte alla spiaggia di Kuta e circondato da aree per lo shopping e la ristorazione. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare.

ci tornerei sicuramente se ne avessi l'opportunità, il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile, il posto è fantastico.
