Stay 3 Days 2 Nights Greeted by friendly staff when checked in, explained in detail what facility during our stay, we spent our entire day in the hotel, walking at the beach, swimming at the pool (as a hotel guest you can have free access to the Day bed at hotel pool and at certain times at the Beach Club) checkup 1 day advance and book the activities if time permits, all staff were welcoming and friendly , yes I enjoyed my stays

The staff was very professional and kind. We enjoyed the stay. However, the room smelt a little bit damp when we first entered I would suggest to future guests to stay at the cliffside tower. it’s closer to the pools and the sea

I really enjoyed my four-day stay at the Seminyak Lagoon Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and nice, always asking how I would like my breakfast to be served. They also consistently asked if I wanted cleaning service. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Bakung ubud for 2 days and 1 night. The place was great! however, the facility esp the doors of the hotel rooms can be improved! The hotel seemed pretty old already so hopefully renovations could be done to improve. Overall though, staff were very friendly and made sure we had a good stay. Thank you also for the upgrade of our rooms free of charge!

This hotel is the best value for money, with excellent facilities and breakfast. It's strategically located in Kuta. The premier rooms are great, the AC is cold, and the mini-fridge is stocked with various drinks. Tourists should definitely stay here again.

All Goods the Location near to the beach Near to the restaurant and Bintang Supermarket almost 30minutes ride to the airport the staff is almost Good and welcoming

The tap water is incredibly clean. The bathtub was also clean, so I enjoyed a half-body bath. I used a filter shower head, and it didn't change color at all, and the bathtub water was also good. The location is a bit far, but I enjoyed my stay as I planned to relax at the accommodation. The pool is extremely cold, so use it during the day. I went around 4 PM and caught a cold 🥲. There was one large mosquito in the room, but it was very clean otherwise. The view is great. The pool seems to be about 160cm deep, which is quite deep ㅠ. The breakfast buffet was just okay.
