La cucina kaiseki è eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti. Si dice che lo chef fosse lo chef della business class di ANA. Anche Fumio Kishida è venuto a fare il check-in. La presentazione è molto semplice e l'esperienza complessiva è molto buona
