- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (length and width should be a total of 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100 x 100 cm
- Please do not keep prohibited items with airport regulations in the luggage
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and the operator will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel
- An amount of VND22,000,000 luggage insurance will cover relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs

il servizio bagagli è stato ottimo. sono certo che il mio bagaglio viene curato e protetto dall'hotel all'aeroporto. anche se il personale ha avuto difficoltà a contattarmi per confermare il ritiro (ho già lasciato l'hotel la mattina presto per il tour della baia di halong) riescono comunque a prendere il bagaglio giusto dal mio hotel? chi ne usufruirà, assicurati di avere un'etichetta adeguata sul tuo bagaglio o coordinati bene con il tuo hotel per quanto riguarda il ritiro.
L'ho usato prima di Corona, ma quando l'ho ritirato, ho fatto una foto al mio bagaglio e l'ho controllato. Dopo il check-out dall'hotel, ho camminato comodamente fino a quando non sono salito sul volo mattutino. Ho trovato il mio bagaglio al aeroporto ㅠㅠ Spero che il servizio riprenda.
Era un programma per tornare al volo serale, ma è conveniente fare il check-out dall'hotel e riceverlo all'aeroporto del vettore.
Era comodo da usare
Era così bello che ero preoccupato per la valigia perché era un volo notturno, ma quando l'ho lasciata in hotel, ho inviato il processo all'aeroporto tramite KakaoTalk e non ci sono stati problemi quando l'ho trovata.

Questo è davvero consigliato L'ultimo giorno, dopo aver fatto il check-out e aver giocato per un po', era un programma per andare in aeroporto, ma era così comodo e buono che ho inviato i miei bagagli all'aeroporto in anticipo.
