Taiyue è un ristorante giapponese con un servizio molto accurato, la sala privata è elegante e confortevole, i pasti rispecchiano appieno la dolcezza degli ingredienti, l'intero pasto fisso è molto soddisfacente.

Il ristorante si trova vicino a Omotesando, non lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana. È facile da trovare. Il servizio nel ristorante è molto buono. I piatti sono squisiti e buoni. Purtroppo nessuno parla cinese e non è disponibile un menu Ero confuso dopo aver mangiato.

L'atmosfera è buona e il personale è attento, tuttavia, il cibo non è buono come previsto e la carne di manzo Wagyu A5 ha i tendini. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è elevato.

Servizio squisito e delizioso, attento, lo chef ci ha mandato personalmente alla porta quando siamo partiti e vorrei tornare la prossima volta che vengo a Tokyo!

L'esperienza del pranzo dello chef Mochizuki è quella che io e mia moglie raccomanderemo a chiunque voglia provare il kaiseki giapponese per la prima volta. Indimenticabile!
