Simply book the service on the Klook website/app, indicate your flight number and preferred meet up time (for departures only,) and get instant confirmation. Once you arrive at the airport, you'll be greeted by a friendly and professional staff member holding a Klook sign, who will take you through the formalities of the airport, including the immigration area. If you've got a long wait for your connecting flight, or simply just want to be at the airport early for your departure flight, you can also upgrade and pay extra to get access to the lounge, which provides comfortable seating, unlimited WiFi, various refreshments, a library, showers, and even a play area for kids!

  • Please note that no photos or videos are allowed when you get through customs. No refunds will be given for those who violate Thai laws and those who are rejected for entry
  • This activity is not available for participants on Thailand Immigration Bureau blacklist, people holding a Xinjiang identity, and people without legal visa. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to people not allowed entry to the country as mandated by Thailand law. No refunds will be issued

La società ha annullato il servizio adducendo un motivo della polizia ... che non era vero . Questo è stato fatto poco prima che atterrassi in Tailandia mettendomi in difficoltà.... terribile! In attesa di rimborso ... non usare mai il ritmo

Se potessi dargli zero stelle lo farei. Non si sono mai presentati. Ci siamo seduti ad aspettare al gate degli arrivi come ci era stato ordinato di fare dopo un volo di 22 ore. Non abbiamo visto nessuno da Klook. Non prenotare tramite loro!!!!!
