Got the tickets on the day of visit itself and it was seamless, plus much cheaper than buying from Featherdale Wildlife Park directly. The park has a really good range of animals and nice close encounters throughout. We arrived before 10am and all the animals were very active and "hungry". Even the koalas were wide awake. The highlight was definitely feeding the kangaroos - the kids loved it. One heads up though: the sheep in the farm yard get pretty aggressive when they see food. They’ll actually leap up at you, so you need to be careful if you’re feeding them with young children. Maybe let the adults handle that part. Still a definite must-visit for families with kids. We had a great time!

We had an amazing Great Ocean Road tour with Mr. Philip! We visited the stunning London Bridge, Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Razorback, a wildlife park, forest highway, kangaroo farm and Apollo Bay. Every stop was breathtaking and well worth the visit. Mr. Philip provided exceptional service throughout the trip. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and kept the entire tour well-organized from start to finish. He shared interesting information about each destination and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, the timing was perfect, and everything ran smoothly. Thank you, Mr. Philip, for making our Great Ocean Road trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Even though I bought the cheapest tickets, I was incredibly lucky this time. We saw a group of little penguins (15 to 20 of them) come ashore and waddle along the beach back to their homes. Despite many people watching, I could clearly see them cleaning themselves and interacting with their companions. It was also quite novel to have seagulls fly so close to the audience. Combined with the sunset, it truly made me appreciate the beauty of nature. Since we visited at the end of June, the entire event started earlier, with entry around 4 PM. After watching their parade, it was about 7:30 PM, which left us time to go to a nearby restaurant for dinner. It was delicious, a perfect day.

It was absolutely worth it! Getting to experience the Skyway, Cableway, and the steep Railway all in one go was such a blast. The railway incline is a bit of a thrill, and the views are just unbeatable. I especially loved walking along the rainforest Walkway—the air was so fresh and peaceful. If you’re lucky with the weather, seeing the Three Sisters and the entire valley from the cable car is truly breathtaking. I’d recommend you to stay at the Echo Point Lookout for the sunset! It’s a must-do if you're in the area and definitely a highlight of my trip!

We had a great family visit to SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. The kids loved the penguins, sharks, and underwater tunnel, and there were plenty of interactive exhibits to keep them entertained. The aquarium is clean, stroller-friendly, and easy to explore with children. It can get busy, but overall it’s a fun and educational attraction that’s well worth visiting for families with kids.

We had an amazing experience on the Sydney Whale Watching Adventure Cruise! From the moment we boarded, the crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making everyone feel welcome and safe throughout the journey. A special thank you to the whale scientist on board, who shared fascinating insights about humpback whales and made the experience even more meaningful with informative and engaging commentary. We were truly blessed to witness a beautiful mama whale swimming alongside her baby calf—an unforgettable sight that left us in awe. Seeing them in their natural habitat was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the highlight of our trip to Sydney. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and memorable adventure. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sydney!

Kényelmes, mert ha komppal érkezik, közvetlenül előtte vár a busz! Nagyon tágas, ezért szánjon rá elegendő időt. Sokféle állat van. A zsiráfok, ahonnan a Harbour Bridge és az Operaház látható, szintén gyönyörűek. Olyan, mintha a természet és a város együtt létezne. Viszont mostanában meleg van, ezért az állatok többsége pihen vagy nem látható. A kora reggeli órák helyett inkább délután ajánlom a látogatást. Mivel bent minden drága, ha teheti, hozzon magával ételt kívülről. Az a hely, ahol tigriseket lehet látni, igazán izgalmas. Nagyon-nagyon ajánlom! Legközelebb is szeretnék eljönni.

Very easy to redeem the vouchers. The parking is free and I can leave the park during lunch. This is a very nice park. Both of my kids loved it.

A huge thank you to Lorraine for giving us one of the best guided tours we have ever experienced! We joined the Wine Hop and Coastal Tour on 23 June, visiting the Dandenong Ranges, Emerald Lake Park, Sherbrooke Forest, Healesville Sanctuary, the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Menzies Creek, and Puffing Billy. Lorraine was friendly, organised, knowledgeable, and kept the day running smoothly. Thanks to her excellent time management, we boarded Puffing Billy on time without any stress. Her recommendations at Healesville Sanctuary, especially the bird show, the marsupials, and the platypus, made our visit much better. She also introduced us to ruby chocolate, which was a wonderful surprise. Although two guests dropped their phones on Puffing Billy despite Lorraine's repeated warnings, she remained calm and helped them throughout. Thank you, Lorraine. Your passion, professionalism, and care made this our favourite tour in Melbourne. We highly recommend both Lorraine and this tour!

Everything is absolutely perfect. We didn’t expect to have this kind of trip and having a good value for money. The overall experience is good and we will try again to book a similar tour to recommend friends and family members. The overall experience is good. I would love to have more time for great spots like the 12 apostles from 45 maybe an hour. Its perfect for me and worth the 5 stars
