He was very organized and managed the schedule perfectly, which allowed us to visit every lookout at the right time without feeling rushed. Throughout the trip, he shared interesting facts, local insights, and plenty of useful information about Melbourne that made the experience even more memorable. Daniel also gave great food recommendations for lunch, which we really appreciated. Everything was well planned, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our driver, Allan, was an amazing driver and tour guide. He has many years of experience driving in Shanghai. He managed to swerve to the left when it was really hard to do so because he anticipated there was something going on in front. He is very knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about every place that we visit and giving us a great overview of all the locations. He also drives very smoothly and fast, with no motion sickness at all. Perfect. Magnificent. Yuya came down the mountain with pastels. I also took photos at the end and distributed the souvenirs. It was a really great experience. To the company, he deserves a raise. Best worker ever. This is a 10 out of 10. We will be back, even if it is the same tour.

Tour was planned out well, managed to see all stops, koala and kangaroos in their natural habitats. Wish there were enough space/vaguely assign seats such that for every group of 2pax to have at least 1 window seat on the bus, since the important part of the tour is the view from the bus. Bus could've been cleaner, and my seat belt was spoilt. Guide was clear with toilet stops and timing which was really good. Guide also help to take nice photos, thank you!

William egy nagyon őszinte és figyelmes idegenvezető és sofőr, rendkívül szerencsések voltunk, hogy csatlakozhattunk a napos túrájához. Nagyszerű kezdeményezőkészséggel és lelkesedéssel rendelkezik, ami egy állítólag unalmas, pusztán városnéző utat is igazán élvezetessé tett. Az apró gesztusoktól, mint például a gyömbér tabletták a kellemesebb utazásért, egészen az extra megállókig, hogy koalákat, kengurukat és kakadukat láthassunk, 100%-ot beletett abba, hogy mindannyiunknak gyönyörű emlékeket szerezzen Melbourne-ről. Határozottan ajánlom mindenkinek, aki egynapos túrát szeretne, hogy válassza és csatlakozzon az általa vezetett túrákhoz. Nagyszerű munka, William, nagyon jól csináltad!

Ma az időjárást néztem, és azt írta, hogy felhős lesz. De nézzék csak, a nap olyan fényesen sütött! A túra hosszú, ezért készüljenek fel, és reggelizzenek meg rendesen, mert már délután 3-kor ebédeltünk. Szerencsére minden túratárs pontos volt, így a legtöbbet hoztuk ki a mai napból. Egyetlen megállót sem hagytunk ki, sőt, még extra rövid megállóink is voltak! Köszönjük idegenvezetőnknek, Danielnek, hogy biztonságosan körbevezetett minket.
