Got the tickets on the day of visit itself and it was seamless, plus much cheaper than buying from Featherdale Wildlife Park directly. The park has a really good range of animals and nice close encounters throughout. We arrived before 10am and all the animals were very active and "hungry". Even the koalas were wide awake. The highlight was definitely feeding the kangaroos - the kids loved it. One heads up though: the sheep in the farm yard get pretty aggressive when they see food. They’ll actually leap up at you, so you need to be careful if you’re feeding them with young children. Maybe let the adults handle that part. Still a definite must-visit for families with kids. We had a great time!

Vi havde et fantastisk familiebesøg i SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. Børnene elskede pingvinerne, hajerne og undervandstunnellen, og der var masser af interaktive udstillinger til at underholde dem. Akvariet er rent, barnevognsvenligt og nemt at udforske med børn. Der kan være mange mennesker, men alt i alt er det en sjov og lærerig attraktion, der er et besøg værd for familier med børn.

I had an amazing Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles day tour with Jensen! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-paced, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop and take plenty of photos. One of the highlights was spotting wild koalas along the way—it was such a special experience! Seeing one up close would have made the day even more magical, but that’s all part of the excitement of wildlife. 😊 Thank you, Jensen, for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne!

This Phillip Island Penguin Parade tour was absolutely perfect, especially thanks to our guide, Mei! She not only provided professional and funny English commentary throughout the tour but, what moved us even more, was that she also served as our driver, diligently driving us back to Melbourne late at night, arriving after midnight. Even working so late, Mei maintained her smile and professionalism, and her enthusiasm is truly admirable. If you get Mei as your guide on this tour, you're really lucky!

Det er praktisk, at bussen venter lige udenfor, når man kommer med færgen! Stedet er meget stort, så sæt god tid af til besøget. Der er mange forskellige dyr, haha. Giraffen med udsigt til Harbour Bridge og Operahuset er også virkelig smuk. Det føles som om natur og by eksisterer side om side. Men da vejret er varmt for tiden, hviler de fleste dyr sig eller er ikke synlige. Jeg anbefaler at tage dertil om eftermiddagen i stedet for tidlig morgen. Alt, hvad man køber derinde, er dyrt, så det er bedst at købe mad udenfor. Stedet, hvor man kan se tigrene, er virkelig spændende, jeg kan varmt anbefale det! Jeg vil gerne komme igen næste gang.

Very easy to redeem the vouchers. The parking is free and I can leave the park during lunch. This is a very nice park. Both of my kids loved it.

We had an amazing experience on the Sydney Whale Watching Adventure Cruise! From the moment we boarded, the crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making everyone feel welcome and safe throughout the journey. A special thank you to the whale scientist on board, who shared fascinating insights about humpback whales and made the experience even more meaningful with informative and engaging commentary. We were truly blessed to witness a beautiful mama whale swimming alongside her baby calf—an unforgettable sight that left us in awe. Seeing them in their natural habitat was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the highlight of our trip to Sydney. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and memorable adventure. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sydney!

Perhaps it was luck, but the koalas here were incredibly active, unlike those in other places that are almost always sleeping. We even saw many koalas carrying their babies on their backs and moving around, which was absolutely adorable. The kangaroo enclosure was also very large and spacious, and the kangaroos were lying down, allowing you to pet them. You could easily spend a lot of time and fill up your phone's storage just in the kangaroo area. This is a highly recommended itinerary.

It was absolutely worth it! Getting to experience the Skyway, Cableway, and the steep Railway all in one go was such a blast. The railway incline is a bit of a thrill, and the views are just unbeatable. I especially loved walking along the rainforest Walkway—the air was so fresh and peaceful. If you’re lucky with the weather, seeing the Three Sisters and the entire valley from the cable car is truly breathtaking. I’d recommend you to stay at the Echo Point Lookout for the sunset! It’s a must-do if you're in the area and definitely a highlight of my trip!

A huge thank you to Lorraine for giving us one of the best guided tours we have ever experienced! We joined the Wine Hop and Coastal Tour on 23 June, visiting the Dandenong Ranges, Emerald Lake Park, Sherbrooke Forest, Healesville Sanctuary, the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Menzies Creek, and Puffing Billy. Lorraine was friendly, organised, knowledgeable, and kept the day running smoothly. Thanks to her excellent time management, we boarded Puffing Billy on time without any stress. Her recommendations at Healesville Sanctuary, especially the bird show, the marsupials, and the platypus, made our visit much better. She also introduced us to ruby chocolate, which was a wonderful surprise. Although two guests dropped their phones on Puffing Billy despite Lorraine's repeated warnings, she remained calm and helped them throughout. Thank you, Lorraine. Your passion, professionalism, and care made this our favourite tour in Melbourne. We highly recommend both Lorraine and this tour!
