great hotel, helpful staff, and wonderful amenities. if youre on the fence on hotels in Kyoto this is a great choice. slightly out of the district but like a 2 minute walk (literally the back of the building) to get to some of the best spots in Kyoto. quick cab ride to the hotel from Kyoto station. our room was a little small but I know that’s not the case for all the rooms. splurge for a bigger room!

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, sauna, anemities are great but I was sad to see that one of our main windows to the street were covered. The Art covering the windows were beautiful but I was sad not being able to see the city streets.

My stay at Sora Niwa Terrace was delightful. The staffs were very welcoming & nice. The room was clean & well equipped with amenities that even the five-star hotel I stayed in didn’t have. The onsen and rooftop are some bonus fratures that I really enjoyed. The location is very close to the popular malls, attractions, & Kyoto station. Overall, I’d love to cone back again & try their Bettei.

We really enjoyed this cute hotel. Rooms and facilities were great. Hot spa was incredible! it’s in a great location close to the river and Rooftop bar with foot spa was a delight. Looking forward to staying again.
