This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-in after 21:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property before arrival and for the following fee: - Late check-in between 21:00 until 23:00: GBP 10 - Late check-in between 23:00 until 00:00 (midnight): GBP 20 - Late check-in after 00:00 (midnight), the fee will under the properties discretion Please note that late check-in is subject to availability and confirmation from the property. Early check-in before 12:00, or early luggage storage is subject to availability and an additional charge of GBP 10 applies. Luggage storage for after check-out will incur a GBP 10 until 15:00. Luggage storage from 15:00 - 18:00 will incur a GBP 20 charge.
