Fantastic

Excellent hotel, the staff is lovely and very helpful. The rooms were large and spacious. The location is a bit far from the center but on a central bus station. There are a coin laundry in the hotel and it was so comfortable. The housekeeping not arrive to the room every day but you can change the towels whenever you want.

My room was not cleaned, and after making several requests, I had to take action to get it cleaned. The bedsheets had hair from previous occupants, and the bathroom was also uncleaned. Overall, it was quite disappointing. While the front desk staff was very helpful and did their best to assist me, it seemed that the cleaning staff did not prioritize hygiene.
