部屋にお風呂に入るためのタオル大と小が各一枚人数分セットしてありますが、温泉に入る時使用したら、部屋用のタオルがないので、洗面トイレ用に人数分の小タオルの用意があると助かります。また、部屋のお風呂のタイルのメジにカビが生えていました。温泉を使えば♨️問題ないのですが、てんかん発作の危険性があるために、家族が部屋でスタンバイしている状態で、部屋のシャワーを使うしかないので、部屋用もきれいな状態だと助かります。 食事は、とてもおいしかったです。

It was a bit far from Kumamoto city area, but the room was spacious and onsen was pleasant. Took a train from Tamana station to go to Kumamoto castle.

It is the biggest hotel in Tamana Onsen. Our room was big and comfortable for a family of three. The hotel has its own onsen though just crossing the street there is a one of the biggest onsen in Western Japan.
