Had an amazing stay with the pocket hotel. We stayed here as a couple and had more than enough space for us to move around. Everything was so clean and always a scheduled housekeeping. Highly recommended place in Kyoto and right beside city buses and trains too. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is really great. A 3-minute. walk from the Gojo station. There's a 7/11 across, A Yoshinoya on the other side, and also, Yayoi. The Kyoto tower can be seen from the hotel. If you like to walk, it is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Kyoto Station. The room is also clean as well as the shared bathroom. There's like a whole big washroom with so much room for a shower that was so enclosed that you can take a shower comfortably. The staff is so kind like really kind because she helped us to book our EXO concert tickets at the last minute. Side note: it was my first time in Japan and it was also my first time attending an EXO concert and I can't believe it that it was in Japan. I'm an exo-l since I'm 12 and I'm 24 now so it is really an unforgettable moment to me.

this hotel exceeded my expectations. a station away from Kyoto station but you can also reach this by walking - honestly it’s less than 10 minutes away depends on your walking pace. I got a double room which is a corner unit and i loved it so much. Check-in is very easy, rooms are clean and restrooms are very well maintained

Everything is great, but the only problem is that the accommodation is quite small and there is no toilet or shower, which is located in a different place from the room.

Enjoyed my stay so much! The staff were super friendly and shared facilities were always clean. Location was right infront of Gojo station and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Excellent location downtown (2 steps from the metro and buses). Simple but with everything I needed (laundry, exchange machine, microwave, etc.). Super clean and functional. Very nice and helpful staff.

the overall experience was very smooth! from check in to check out, it was really easy. the hotel is located strategically with only a few minutes away from the train station and also konbinis. the cleanliness is top tier as well and the staffs are very accommodating. the hotel also provides storage should you arrive earlier than you scheduled check in (or check out early) so you can visit freely. would definitely book it again the next time I visit Kyoto.
