cleanliness: The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a lot of space. transport access: 5-7minute walk to the nearest train station. service: All the staff were pleasant and polite. very accommodating and attentive. And such a happy bunch of people. hotel location: near the dohtonbori area. 5minute walk or less. had a bunch of dining options and konbinis.

very convenient hotel, easily accessible, front desk were very helpful, checkin swiftly, room was clean and has all the needed amenities, can even loan many things (games) for free, would stay again here

super big and spacious room. staff are nice and spoke English. have kitchen and the place is super clean. even had pokemon merchant to bring home.

Enjoyed our stay here. Booked room includes a mini-kitchen with basic utensils and pots, as well as microwave and stove!!! Dining area also served as our family’s gathering area to talk about our adventures of the day.

This hotel is really new and is one of the most spacious I've stayed in Japan. Perfect for families and groups of 3/4 pax. It's walking distance to Dotonburi and JR Namba stations.
