Got there one hour early sitting in the lobby without good lighting and fresh air. That’s ok. The entrance of the room is not clean with 8-9 dark spots on the floor. Needs to be cleaned before next customer. Customer must know the room has no shower, has to go to public pool for bathing, that’s Ok for me. I didn’t have problem. The inn is very close to station walking 8-9 min if you are very healthy otherwise the stairs climbing could be challenging. Only one face towel and shower towel in the room. General speaking it needs lot of improvements.

Not clean, nonexistent service and not well maintained

The Onsen was good. It is a steep 10 minute walk down to the station, but the view was good. Food options are near the station.

I guess I didn’t check the location more carefully. But it was very steep hill to walk to this hotel. You need to have strength to get there! Even though it’s about 10 mins walk from the station, it was challenging. I asked the staff if they offer ride but only when you arrive and leave at certain time, which we didn’t know until later. Maybe it wasn’t busy season when we went later in October? We didn’t see almost any other guests at the hotel! Ok, I saw one lady. The elevator was no a/c and unbelievably hot! We stopped using it. The breakfast was a Japanese traditional style with local fish. We stayed 2 nights. It was exactly the same food for 2 days. I think if you want to see fireworks, this is good as you can see the ocean. Otherwise remember you need to walk very steep hill even in rain!! Their futon is very thin! It was hard to sleep! The room is clean and their hot springs are fine. When we leave the hotel they gave us ride to the station.

I stayed for one night with my friend and it was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is convenient to the station and they offer a pick up/drop off service. My room was great and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Thank you!

Staying here was one of our highlights. The onsen was amazing. Clean and very enjoyable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. The futons were very soft, and the air circulation was good. The only thing is, i wish we booked more nights here.

The location is not convenient , each time we need to take a taxi to station.

For the customer who wants to experience food, should reserve the dinner and/or lunch when you make a reservation. The hotel is on the hill, may ask hotel for a shuttle bus for visit, it is little hard to walk to the hotel. Views was very good and quiet, I enjoyed it very much.
