I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. The room. Cleanliness is superb. Though it's quite far from Ximending area but that is okay since it has nearby MRT station. There were also nearby family mart, 7-eleven and Parks around the area.

Hotel is very clean and the ambiance is very luxury. Receptionists are very kind and helpful, they even help us to book for a taxi. Location is very great since nearby in Cities and MRT. There's complementary breakfast at the RF. Overall, we have amazing experience.

There is a bus from the airport and the drop off is 3 blocks away from the hotel so the check in is very convenient. The receptionist is nice and approachable. The room is exactly the way it was in the booking pictures. We loved the bidet in the comfort room. House keeping is consistent everyday. We really like the shared space at rooftop room where there are free coffee and teas, as well as toast in the morning! Great hotel overall! 👍👍👍

The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top notch! Everything from the bed, bathtub, shower, toilet were all very comforting. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from Xingtian Temple MRT station, but nonetheless, everything is worth while about the hotel :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was reasonably convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. My only minor complaint was that the shower head holder wasn’t very tight, so it kept slipping. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — cozy, friendly staff, and free luggage storage. Loved the shared lounge on the 7th floor for relaxing and snacks. The nearest MRT is about 800m, but a bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
