This should be a five-star hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟. My stay at JOHO was truly unforgettable and alot more better than 5-star hotel in Taipei. From the moment I walked in, I felt more like a valued guest than just a visitor. The staff greeted me with genuine kindness and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room felt like a home away from home—spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that showed how much care the hotel puts into every detail. The bed was so comfortable, and I slept better here than I have in a long time. What touched me most was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. Whether it was a friendly smile at breakfast, helpful local recommendations, or simply remembering my preferences, they made me feel cared for in a very personal way. I left with a full heart and so much gratitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Great hotel location near Kaosiung station. Room is clean and tidy, staff is welcoming and we really enjoyed the cocktail hour at their lounge (free cocktails!) and the Taiwanese biscuits in the rooms. Comfortable experience, will stay again!
