Fantastic

Solo stay

The room having a shower and bath was nice, had the most unique shower I've ever seen. But the staff were pretty helpful and it was a pretty good location.

This was the worst hotel during our stay in Taiwan. Mind you, it was also the most expensive hotel we booked across the trip (we stayed in Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan)—even more expensive than the 4-star hotel in Tainan. For that reason, we expected at least a decent place to stay, so the reality came as a shock. It turns out only the lobby has been renovated and looks passable. The room itself felt very old, with old furniture and visible mould around the bathroom. We were asked to do self check-in and check-out, which I found quite redundant. The staff didn’t appear busy, and more importantly, we couldn’t even check in ourselves because we arrived before 4pm. This was the only place that required a check-in time after 4pm—not sure if it’s due to being short-staffed. Imagine paying that much and still having to check in late and do it yourself. What really surprised me was that the room had no window. We essentially paid 4-star prices for a windowless room with no soundproofing. There was also a bathtub in the room, which felt quite random, especially since no bath salts were provided. The mattress felt sunken and of poor quality—in contrast, all the other cheaper hotels we stayed in had comfortable beds. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. I still find it hard to accept that the hotel had the audacity to charge so much for a mouldy, noisy, windowless room.

酒店大堂有沙發、桌子、免費供電,而且洗衣機及乾衣機是免費使用的。只可惜餐廳暫時停業,有點不便。

I like the single staff, very helpful. It has self serve laundry facility, great to finally wash our clothes. The room is outdated. It is not bad.

行旅在中央公園站和新掘江商圈附近,交通和找吃的都非常方便,工作人員很友善,房間整齊清潔,自助check in、check out很方便。 美中不足的是空調的聲音有點大

Fantastic

Solo stay

The location is excellent. Short walk to MRT station and surrounded by restaurants and street foods. During my 4 days of stay I enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, and since my room has a living room area it was nice to bring food back to enjoy it. The room is very spacious and has plenty of furniture, and the bathroom is very spacious too. The only complaint I have is the raised step in various area in the room, both myself and visiting guests have tripped over them several times. Overall an excellent stay.
