It's pretty much everything you need for a few hours layover, or possibly a quick overnight for an early morning flight the next day. It was clean but weardowns are alerady quite noticeable. Easy check in and out.

There are no laundry services in the facilities, but there are a couple of laundromats within 150m near the hotel. Overall, a good stay as the place is very near the train station in a central, quieter location. Easy to commute to Airport.

Its my first time staying at a capsule hotel and it didn't disappoint. I had an early morning flight, instead of staying at the airport lobby; I decided to try this out. The place was very clean and the people staying are well aware of the noise level that should be observed. The amenities that comes along with the booking were great. The bathrooms and pods where very clean as well. Will definitely book this again if I ever need it.

I had an early 8am flight, and it takes 2hrs+ to get to Narita from where I live. So I chose to go to Narita the night before and just spend the night at 9hrs. It was a good decision. I had a good night's rest and didn't have to be anxious about missing my flight. The capsule is not that cramped, I could still sit up. There were some sounds from people coming/going in the capsule area when I first laid down, but for most of the time it was quiet. I think it depends on the timing of the flights. There are only 6 shower areas, so might need to wait a bit if many people using it (again it depends on the timing of the flights).
