接客もお湯も良かったが、この値段ではない。素泊まりプランだったが温泉街に夕食を食べられる店がほとんどないので車は必須

写真と実際の部屋が違う。思ってた以上に古い。 温泉の露天風呂にフンが入っていた。お古場に釘が出ていて危険だった。
上記のクレームを支配人に伝えたところ、とくに謝罪もなく、お詫びのサービスやディスカウントもなかった。2度と行くとがないだろう。

Fantastic 下の子が発熱してしまい、相談したところすぐに布団を敷いてくれてアイスノンを持ってきてくれました。本当に助かりました。ご飯も夜、朝共に量や質も満足でした。
