最初にでたシャワーのお湯が、設定よりも熱く出たのでびっくりしたが、時間が経てばもとに戻った。少し驚いたが設備が良くなるといい。急遽、物を預けさせてもらうことになり、その対応を柔軟にやっていただけて感謝です。

客室も全て清潔で大変満足です。トラブルもありましたが、なんとか対応していただきました。ルームキーのカードですが、エレベーター内で反応せず２～３分閉じ込められました。

お風呂ってお湯を半分しか入れてなくて入っても、トイレ側に水があふれていました。私がシャワーでぬらしたのでないと思います。上側の排水口って機能しているのでしょうか？1日目、2日目もそうで、三日目は水を半分にして浴槽に入っても同じでした。水を取るのが大変でした。 また、10:30頃にチェックアウトしましたが、その時玄関工事で通れず、裏から出るように言われました。大きなスーツケースを持って駅に行くのに遠回りさせられ、なんでこんな時間に工事しているのかと思いました。

お風呂の垢が気になりました。前回宿泊したときもそうでした。改善されていないです。昔はこんなことなかったです。黒くなっているのは清潔感ないです。２日目のお風呂に入ったときも湯船がぬるっとしている箇所がありました。

フロントスタッフの方がとても爽やかで気持ちの良いチェックインが出来ました。 チェックアウト時はあまりスタッフの方がおらず、少し寂しい感じがありましたが、一貫して気持ちの良いステイが出来ました。 ありがとうございます。
