Solo stay

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times now. All booked thru Hotels.com. The last three occasions I was given the smallest rooms. As a solo traveler I've come to expect this. The picture online never matches what you get. Not sure I'll stay there again. I like the location but not always being put in the smallest room. also for all the years I've been using Hotels.com I have never been offered an upgrade. Why is That?

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Vanessa who checked us in went above the normal process. We were able to check in early as we were members of ACR. Kitchenette only had 2 of everything. Had to wash dishes every day. That was a little disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to others.
