Checkin was a bit abrupt - seemed unwilling to cover a few basic questions citing that hotel was v busy due to Coldplay concert guests. Though a Golden Circle member, seems that zero rewards being issued for this stay ‘due to Coldplay concert. Left with the feeling that hotel was not really welcoming to Coldplay concert guests. Meantime staff in restaurants and concierge were really helpful and genuinely pleasant.

a great stay! the location isn't really that convenient, but they make it up by providing complimentary shuttle bus services. the staffs are polite and friendly, bed is comfy. Great views of the sea.
