Wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable room. Great service from friendly, helpful staff. Hot spring experience was amazing and in-room tub was fantastic. Highly recommend!

excellent service. we left 2 big lugguages a week before we check in and the staffs are very helpful to organize it for us. When we arrive, staffs took all of our luggages and has already put the 2 big lugguages in the room. everyone is so attentive and nice. Breakfast is great with both buffet and you can also order what you want. there is private onsen in the room. and the public onsen is really wonderful. I particuarlly like the onsen outdoor, it is not big, however, it is very unique and it feels like the onsen in japan. We also got a bottle of wine, desserts, lots of drinks and fruits to eat in the room. we really feel relax and welcome by the hotel. Also, you can get to Moon Moon restaurtant, thermal valley, Beitou museum within 5 to 7 min walk.

Excellent breakfast and good service. The hot springs baths were empty- had them all to myself both days.

The breakfast menu has a good variety of selection. The spa was great but it was closed for maintenance the next morning so cannot relax one more time before departure.

Excellent spacious well maintained room with fridge, shower and deep soaking tub. Helpful friendly staff in all departments. Wonderful thermally heated clean spa. Helpful front desk. Kind and helpful breakfast room staff with reasonable choice of healthy and tasty dishes. 2 additional restaurants were ok. Highly recommend this out of the way (took 2 1/2 hours by metro) well maintained hotel.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel from the moment of check in to the time of check out. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. The room and hot spring facilities were amazing. The decoration is beautiful.

My girlfriend and I stayed for our first two nights in Taiwan at The Gaia Hotel and we had a very relaxing time. The staff is amazing and very attentive, the facilities are great and clean and the rooms are very nice. We loved that the hot spring water was piped into a tub in our bathroom for our own private soak. It’s very conveniently located and there’s many little food spots within walking distance or a short uber ride. Also within walking distance is a nice park and library. Definitely recommend staying at the Gaia to relax either at the start of your trip or end.

Everything is perfect, including any service and room conditions. Especially the personal hot springs in the room. Amazing design

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and attentive—from the front desk to the shuttle drivers and restaurant staff. Breakfast is complimentary every day, and the staff are constantly clearing tables to keep the dining area clean and comfortable. If you are carrying luggage, they immediately step in to help without hesitation. Even a simple glance at any staff member is enough for them to ask if you need assistance. The room is cleaned daily, with fruit and snacks thoughtfully restocked every day. You can regularly see the cleaning crew throughout the hotel, which truly shows their attention to cleanliness and detail. My wife especially enjoyed both the public hot spring and the in-room hot spring. The shuttle service is always on time, making transportation easy and stress-free. I also heard that a new and improved online shuttle reservation system is in the works, which will make booking much easier for visitors who do not have phone service to call and make reservations. An outstanding stay with excellent service and care in every detail. Highly recommended.
